Blossom in frilly white blouse ~ No. 1 (circa 1955; actual size approx. 7.7 x 9.4 in. (19.5 x 24.0 cm.)). One of two early studies my father took of my mother. The photo also shows some of the many artifacts that my dad collected while in China in the '40s, including one of two wall-mounted gargoyles, and the unspeakably beautiful folding screen, fashioned from lacquered wood with mother-of-pearl inlays. This print is marred by a narrow strip along the far left edge that's lighter than the rest of the photo. Lightly retouched to remove white spots on lampshade, wall, screen, pants and blouse.
